Anand Karir has been a regular at various award ceremonies. His assortment of awards also includes a few Effies in which he has demonstrated how his work could effectively translate in to substantial business for the clients. His forte lies in working on challenger brands and help them grow to compete with bigger brands
For over four years, he has successfully lead the Creative front atTribal DDB, India’s most awarded digital agency. His path breaking work in the retail category is also worth mentioning about.

Gold Abby for Reliance Netconnect, 3 Silver Abbys for MTV Roadies & Star Movies, 2 EFFIES for Big Bazaar & 3 bronze Abbys.
He was on the panel of jury at the Goa Fest in 2012, 13, 14 & 16. He is also on the judging panel of the New York Film Festivals, 2018.

Sunila Karir
Sunila brings with her an experience of 23 years in the advertising and media industry with a career spanning over various media like TV, internet, film and print. Her passion for writing has seen her work in many a capacity like advertising copywriter, content creator, script writer, travel writer, corporate communications head and blogger. She has scripted for channels like Pogo (Chota Bheem), Disney TV and Hungama worked on brands like Cadbury, Coca-Cola, Pilsbury, Finolex, Nirma Advance, Greatwhite Electricals, Tata Sky, Tata Value Homes…and over 200 more.
While at Hungama, she and her team won the Silver Abby for their Digital Campaign for Coca Cola as well as the PMAA Award at Singapore for best Digital Campaign.
She was on the jury panel for Afaqs Foxglove Awards 2019.
